The Jedi Republic today has past the one million mark, bringing the total number of empires with over a million points to seven. The next goal for the Republic will be to pass the Canadian Star Federation, which is just over 100k points in the lead.

With this achievement, a massive party will soon take place. Sith leader KEmperor is quoted as saying, "Hell yeah, time to party!" upon discovering that the Republic has surpassed one million points. Reports of Torian killing to take place at the party can be neither confirmed nor denied, but some dead Torians have already surfaced that have been cut in half.

Another announcement is that KEmperor, the leading Sith in the Jedi Republic, has recently been promoted to Rear Admiral; making him the first Jedi in the Metaverse Admiralty. It is nice to finally be represented there.

Finally, Black Shade took over today the position of lead scorer in the Jedi Republic. His last Masochistic victory gave him the maximum score of 60k, putting him above Qui-Gon as the leading scorer. His game is also the one that put the Jedi Republic over the million point mark.

All in all, today has been a very good day for the Jedi Republic.
